About Falcon
Falcon Labs turns the post-transaction experience into an incremental revenue stream for online services and a rewarding moment for their customers. Our solution uses advanced technology and AI to deliver personalized, contextually relevant offers to consumers at their peak engagement moment, right after they complete a transaction.
The moment after a transaction is one of the most underutilized surfaces in commerce: intent is high, trust is established, and attention is real, yet for most brands it still ends with a static confirmation screen. We operate across major e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Wix, and a growing set of technology partnerships), earn a take rate on advertiser conversions, and run on real-time decisioning, Snowflake analytics, and an expanding push into agentic automation across the network. We are a team of ad-tech veterans from the mobile advertising world (ironSource/Unity).
The Role
We are hiring an AI Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of ad operations, AI automation, and revenue optimization on our post-purchase platform.
This is a hands-on role. You will run the campaign and technical operations that keep our network performing, and you will build and maintain the AI agents and automation that let a small team operate at scale. As the role matures, you will move from refining existing AI tools to designing new ones, and you will help the wider team get more out of AI in their day-to-day work.
Post-purchase advertising is one of the fastest-growing channels in e-commerce. You will own the operational infrastructure that keeps these campaigns performing, while continually finding where AI and automation can remove manual work, cut errors, and surface insights faster.
What You'll Do
AI agents and automation
Configure, train, and maintain AI agents for operational tasks: set their instructions, topics, guardrails, and behaviors so they perform reliably in real operational contexts. Start by refining existing agents, then build new ones as adoption matures.
Design AI-powered workflows to automate bid and floor management, creative rotation, campaign ranking, and pacing across advertiser accounts.
Build and maintain prompt frameworks and LLM integrations for automated reporting, anomaly alerts, and campaign commentary.
Identify manual bottlenecks and run automation projects end to end using tools such as n8n, Python, or internal workflow engines.
Monitor deployed AI solutions: track output quality, catch gaps, and keep them running reliably across user groups.
Campaign and ad operations
Own the full campaign lifecycle across post-purchase placements: trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting.
Work with account management and sales to translate advertiser KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROAS) into executable campaign setups.
Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance across the network, flag issues, and push real-time optimizations.
Make sure tracking, ad-serving configuration, and creative specs are correct for every campaign.
Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues: creative rejections, conversion discrepancies, click-to-conversion mismatches, and invalid-traffic signals.
Publisher integration and technical support:
Be the technical point of contact for publisher integrations: guide merchants and platform partners through setup, validate placements, and get new publishers live cleanly.
Support integrations across our commerce ecosystem plus direct API and SDK paths.
Troubleshoot integration and tracking issues end to end: order and conversion data quality, S2S postback coverage, placement rendering, and click tracking across publisher surfaces.
Monitor integration health and data integrity, catch drops early and drive fixes with publishers and engineering.
Maintain integration docs, QA checklists, and consent/data-handling requirements so onboarding stays fast and consistent.
AI enablement and adoption
Drive AI literacy across the team. Build best-practice guidance and run hands-on enablement so people get more out of the tools they use.
Close the feedback loop: collect input from users, turn it into prioritized improvements, and act as the link between the people using the tools and the people building them.
Support adoption with clear communications, training materials, and rollout plans for new AI workflows.
Stay current on the AI landscape and bring forward practical recommendations on new tools and capabilities to leadership.
What You'll Bring
3 to 5 years in digital advertising operations, ad-tech, or revenue operations roles.
Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation to improve operational efficiency: LLM integrations, agent configuration, rules-based automation, scripting, or workflow automation.
Comfortable configuring AI agents and workflows
Strong analytical skills.
Solid grasp of ad operations and campaign mechanics in a performance or e-commerce context.
Genuine interest in AI. You actively experiment with tools, follow the space, and form informed opinions from direct use.
Logical, semi-technical mindset. Comfortable structuring agent instructions, defining guardrails, and testing behavior.
Clear written and verbal communication. You can translate technical detail into plain recommendations and coach non-technical peers.
Comfortable in ambiguity. You can define a path forward when there is no playbook yet.
