Role Overview
Falcon is seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience building and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and driving measurable performance growth. You will own Falcon’s paid acquisition channels and performance marketing strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and others — driving customer growth efficiently within the Shopify and Wix ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Lead Generation
Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and others
Drive performance-based user acquisition, with strong focus on efficiency, conversion, and ROI
Develop audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and bidding tactics to maximize campaign impact
Content & Creative
Write and manage compelling marketing content across paid channels and owned social channels
Lead creation of ad copy, visuals, landing page content, blog articles, and newsletter content that support conversion goals
Shape messaging for brand awareness, product positioning, and direct response performance
Social, PR & Community
Manage Falcon’s social media presence and support community engagement
Collaborate with PR and external partners to amplify visibility and growth outcomes
Craft messaging that resonates with e-commerce brands and partners in Shopify, Wix, and broader digital marketplaces
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and report insights across acquisition efforts
Use data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and improve campaign performance
Perform A/B testing and experimentation to refine audience targeting, creative formats, messaging, and bidding strategies
Collaboration & Strategy
Work cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Engineering to align acquisition strategies with go-to-market goals
Contribute to overall marketing strategy, integrating paid acquisition with organic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth experience
Demonstrated success with paid acquisition platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Experience writing high-impact marketing copy and managing social marketing channels
Strong performance orientation — ability to measure, analyze, and optimize toward KPIs
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and ad dashboards
Experience supporting or driving campaigns targeting Shopify/Wix merchants or e-commerce audiences preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate performance insights into action
