Job Description

We are looking for a brilliant, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a creative developer and designer. In this position, you will work with our product team to design and execute marketing campaigns, build advertising creative assets, customize ad formats, develop copy and messaging for ad campaigns as well as oversee a large scale of design iterations leveraging AI tools and your personal design skills. Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in creative/graphic design. Experience in advertising / marketing project build/design is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach are required

  • Motivation to maintain and improve web development standards

  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to execute high quality work within deadlines with little supervision

  • Ability to grasp multiple project requirements with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Photoshop for basic image editing and Figma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a content writer

  • Graphic arts academic studies and portfolio

  • Familiarity with American pop culture and market trends

  • Mobile experience and knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
