Role Overview
Falcon is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to lead the identification, development, and execution of strategic partnerships that accelerate product adoption, drive business growth, and enhance technical collaborations. You’ll be responsible for both new partner acquisition and nurturing existing relationships, bringing creative thinking to how we structure and implement integration opportunities.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure partnerships are not only signed but successfully integrated and commercially effective — from initial scoping through launch and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Strategy
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new high-value partnership opportunities that align with Falcon’s strategic goals.
Lead outreach, discovery, negotiation, and commercial discussions with potential partners.
Craft innovative partnership models that drive mutual value — from data and tech integrations to co-marketing and revenue-sharing initiatives.
Relationship & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, owning the partnership lifecycle from onboarding through growth.
Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
Track health metrics, performance KPIs, and strategic outcomes for key partners.
Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead partner onboarding efforts, working closely with Engineering and Product on technical integration requirements and workflows.
Translate product capabilities into partner-specific implementation plans and ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate internally to align partner expectations with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and support functions.
Performance & Growth
Monitor partner usage, engagement, and impact on key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Explore creative ways to expand partnerships — including new features, co-developed integrations, or ecosystem expansions
Qualifications
Experience: 4–7+ years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances — ideally within ad tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or platform ecosystems.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of technical integration requirements (APIs, SDKs, data flows) and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Business Acumen: Proven track record of sourcing new partners, creating commercial agreements, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills with internal teams and external partners.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think creatively about partnership opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with company strategy.
