Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, persistent, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. You'll play a crucial role in our sales process by researching prospects, crafting personalized outreach messages, and managing the initial stages of our sales pipeline. If you are passionate about technology sales and enjoy building relationships with potential customers, this role is for you! This position requires someone who is resilient, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where both individual initiative and teamwork are valued.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and social platforms

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining CRM records

  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and persist through challenges

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting team goals

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques

  • Experience with sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms)

  • Understanding of the mobile app development or digital advertising landscape

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
