We are a team of ad-tech veterans from the mobile advertising world (ironSource/Unity).
Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to own and scale the paid channels that bring merchants and partners onto the Falcon network. You will run paid search, paid social, and emerging channels end to end: strategy, budget, targeting, creative testing, and optimization, all measured against acquisition cost, return on spend, and qualified pipeline rather than vanity metrics. You will work across the Shopify and Wix ecosystems and the wider commerce media landscape, partner closely with Business Development, Content, and Product to align messaging and funnel stages, and build the tracking, attribution, and experimentation framework that lets a small team spend efficiently and learn fast. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable inside the ad platforms and inside the data.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years managing paid acquisition or performance media, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or ad-tech
Hands-on expertise across paid search and paid social
Proven track record optimizing campaigns to CAC, ROAS, and pipeline
Strong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and a BI or web analytics tool
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems and with setting up tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, conversion events)
Owns a structured testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate, and incrementality/holdout experiments)
Excellent communicator who can turn performance data into clear decisions and recommendations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing into the Shopify or broader e-commerce ecosystem (DTC brands, merchant ops, app store discovery)
Familiarity with the ad-tech, retail media, or commerce media space
Comfort with SQL or querying data directly for advanced analysis
Experience with ABM and emerging channels (Reddit, Quora, programmatic)
Understanding of AEO practices and platforms
Experience with creative automation or collaboration tools (Smartly, Figma)
