Creative requirements for post-purchase offers on the confirmation page

Falcon Labs places personalized, brand-aligned offers on the post-transaction confirmation page - the moment right after a customer completes a purchase. Because the placement is clean and native to the merchant’s checkout, each offer is built from just three lightweight creative components. Please supply all three below.

The three creative components

01

Brand Logo

your identity mark, static
(non-animated).

02

Title

a short line naming your brand or the special offer.

03

Offer Text

what the customer must do to claim the offer.

1

Brand Logo

Your logo is the visual anchor of the offer. Supply the cleanest, highest-quality version you have - a vector file is strongly preferred so it stays sharp on every device.

Accepted formats

PNG preferred. SVG or JPEG also accepted.

Animation

Not permitted. The image must be a single static frame - no animated GIFs.

Max size

Max 3000 × 3000 px (target ~850px on the longest edge; minimum 400px so the mark stays crisp).

Aspect / shape

Landscape works best. Center the mark with a little padding so it isn’t cropped tight to the edges. Square logos are also good and can be sent as supplementary images.

Background

Transparent (vector/GIF). Avoid busy or photographic backgrounds behind the mark.

Color mode

RGB.

Note: the size and weight figures above are recommendations based on how Falcon offers render publicly (a compact, often mobile, confirmation-page card). Falcon can confirm exact caps for your placement.

2

Title

A short, punchy line that names your brand or leads with the offer. This is the first thing the customer reads.

  • If you are running ads with other similar networks, that is a great place to start - sample images of the ads are appreciated.

Purpose

Describe the brand or the special offer in a single glance.

Which to lead with

If your brand is a household name, lead with the brand (e.g., the brand name + offer).
If it’s less well known, lead with the offer — the value is what earns the click.

Recommended length

≤ 40 characters (roughly 4–6 words). Short enough to read instantly on mobile.

Tone

Clear and specific. Name the actual value (“20% off,” “Free month,” “$15 credit”) rather than a vague tease.

3

Offer Text

The supporting line which explains exactly what the customer needs to do to take advantage of the offer, what to complete, purchase, or subscribe to.

Purpose

Spell out the action required to redeem: what to complete, purchase, or subscribe to, and what the customer gets.

Recommended length

2 options:

  • Standard written out description - ≤ ~300 characters — we recommend keeping it to 2-3 sentences, but can expand upon request.

  • Bulleted list - 2-3 lines, each < 39 characters long.

Include

The action, the benefit, and any key condition (minimum spend, new customers-only, expiry) if it applies.

Best Practice

The more unique, compelling, and enticing the promotion is to the user, the more likely they are to engage.

Falcon Labs prides itself on placing unique, enticing promotions in front of users at the right time.
The more exciting that offer is, the better!
